We were pleased to participate in the Annual South American Congress of Mate in Urugauay and appreciate the encouragement from the Brasilian Mate Association (IBRAMATE) as well as the Uruguayan Mate Association who hosted Fabricio during the event.
The majority of the conference focused on the scientific researches being carried out on the health aspects of Mate and how this can be optimized for the benefit of all. We look forward to reporting more details in the coming months.

It was also a nice opportunity to show the passionate Mate drinkers in the other hemisphere how Berliners like to Mate! Meta Mate’s Dr. do Canto was on hand to display some different Mate hacks and get inspired by what fellow Mate makers are doing in neighbouring lands.
We look forward to more cooperations in the future, and also look forward to being more involved in the organisation of the 7th Congress that will take place Brazil.
