As the name suggests, these bombas are made of 100% pure inox. Meta Mate has partnered up with young Bomba manufacturers who are attentive to all details and pride themselves in producing bombas of a quality on par with our artisanal mate.
Unlike other bombas or where the bulb on the bottom part is welded together to a tube, these bombas are moulded into a single piece leaving no room for dirt to collect in the joints. The smooth mouth piece is a pleasure to drink out of and is fitted on top of the bomba tube without any welding.
The cooling ring on these bombas absorb some of the water heat in order to minimize the chances of you burning your lips in case your water is too hot.

I have bought both sizes and inmediatelly they have become my favourites. They are nicely moulded and feel well and confortable on the lips. But most of all, they sit well in my cuyas as they are both substantial pieces of metal indeed. They are much heavier than any bombas/bombillas I have used before.
