Description
The July 2022 Harvest of Tolloti’s Forno will be a delight to fans of strongly smoked mates. This artisanal production is carried out by Zeca Tolloti in the same manner that his father used to make mate in the past.
The antique mill that used to be run by a waterwheel is well versed in pounding the mate away to a fine Chimarrao. In comparison to the milder harvests of 2020 and 2021 the flavour of the leaves is stronger this year.
