The Family Gehm is proud to be the first legally approved artesenal family mate producers in their region. This Mate goes beyond bio and fairtrade. Harvested from forests planted by the Family under the full moonlight, by the break of dawn the frosty leaves are crackling in the fire hand spun sapeco.
The leaves then undergo a slow smoke drying process with aromatic woods in a carefully crafted barbacua and is then finely pounded in an old mechanical mill.
